As the name suggests, blue tea has a beautiful and unique blue color. This tea is made from butterfly pea flowers. Blue tea is usually partially oxidized during the production process to give it its characteristic taste.
Unlike green tea which tastes slightly bitter, blue tea has a sweet and earthy taste. This makes blue tea easier to like, including by people who don't like the bitter taste of tea.
Butterfly pea flowers are also known to contain vitamin A and C. They also contain potassium, zinc, and iron.
How to consume:
You can use boiling water at 80-90°C, then pour the water into a glass containing 1 spoon (2 grams) of 200ml tea leaves. Let it sit for five minutes, then strain the water. A glass of delicious tea is ready to be served,
It is not recommended to brew it multiple times
